HOW TO GET TO THE STUDENT LODGING 'CVJETNO
NASELJE':
If you're arriving by air
There is a bus that goes every 30 minutes from the Airport to the
Main bus station in the City. The price is about 3 euros. Right
across the Main bus station there is a tram station. Take tram No.
5 (direction to the right - towards the south) and get off at the
9th station. 'Cvjetno naselje' is just on the left side (in the
small street behind the 'Vjesnik - Jutarnji list' building). You
can buy a tram ticket at one of the news-stands at the Station or
from the tram driver. Price is 8 Kn (about 1.2 euros). The regular
tram lines circulate from 5 A.M. till midnight. After midnight,
take a taxi.
You could also take a taxi at the Main bus station which takes about
20 minutes at a price of approx. 70 Kn during the day (at night
and on Sundays the tariff is 20% higher).
If you're arriving by train
Take the tram No. 4 (direction to the left - towards the west) and
get off at the 6th station. 'Cvjetno naselje' is just on the left

After midnight, take a taxi.
You could also take a taxi at the Main bus station which will take

If you're arriving by train
Hotel Dora is behind the Main train station. Take a taxi which will
take about 10-15 minutes. The price is about 50 Kn.
Another option would be to go on foot. There is an 'Importane Centar'
subway just on the left side from the Main train station. After
having descended, go left and after the exit cross the bus station
and go along the Zagrebačka bank on the left. There is a Concert
Hall 'Vatroslav Lisinski' at the big crossing. There take Vukovarska
street on the left (towards the east) and after a 10 minutes walk
you will see a gas station. The hotel is just behind the gas station
on the same side of the street.

HOW TO GET TO THE HOTEL INTERNACIONAL:
If you're arriving by air

get off at the 5th tram station. The hotel is behind you, across
the street (towards the south). You can buy a tram ticket at one

5 A.M. till midnight. After midnight, take a taxi.
You could also take a taxi at the Main bus station which takes about

If you're arriving by train
Hotel Internacional is about 10 minutes walk from the Main train
station. There is an 'Importane Centar' subway just on the left
side from the Main train station. After having descended, go left
and after the exit go right all along the bus stations and then
again on the right through a park after which you will reach a big
cross-roads. Cross it (direction south) and you will see the hotel
on your right side behind the bank. If you take a taxi, it will
take 5 minutes to get there.

If you're arriving by air

the tram No. 6 or 2 (direction to the left - towards the north)
and get off at the 3rd tram station that is right at the Main train
station. Take there tram No. 9 in the same direction and get off
at the 3rd tram station and just continue to walk in the direction
of the west in order to enter Kranjčevićeva street that is on the
right side of the cross-roads. You should walk for about 10 minutes
to get to the hotel. You can buy a tram ticket at one of the news-stands
at the Station or from the tram driver. The price is 8 Kn (about
1.2 euros). The regular tram lines circulate from 5 A.M. till midnight.
After midnight, take a taxi.

of the west in order to enter the Kranjčevićeva street that is on
the right side of the cross-roads. You should walk for about 10
minutes to get to the hotel.

If you're arriving by air
There is a bus that goes every 30 minutes from the Zagreb Airport

the tram No. 6 or 2 (direction to the left - towards the north)
and get off at the 3rd tram station, go back a little (direction
opposite to your tram) to the crossroads of the Branimirova and
Petrinjska streets. Take Petrinjska street on the left. You can
buy a tram ticket at one of the news-stands at the Station or from
the tram driver. Price is 8 Kn (about 1.2 euros). The regular tram
lines circulate from 5 A.M. till midnight. After midnight, take
a taxi.

If you're arriving by train
Hotel Astoria is not far from the Main train station. From the main
exit go right to the crossroads of the Branimirova and Petrinjska
streets. Take Petrinjska street on the left. You will need 5 minutes

If you're arriving by air

get off at the 3rd tram station that is close to the Main train
station. Go north (just opposite of the train station) towards the
center of the city. It will take then 5-7 minutes walk. You can

the tram driver. The price is 8 Kn (about 1.2 euros). The regular
tram lines are those from 5 A.M. till midnight. After midnight,
teke a taxi.

Go north (just opposite of the train station) towards the city center.

and get off at the 3rd tram station that is close to the Main train
station. Take there tram No. 9 (the same direction) and get off
at the 5th station. Return a little and enter the Trakošćanska street
on the left. You will walk for about 15 minutes to get to the hotel.
You can buy a tram ticket at one of the news-stands at the Station

tram lines circulate from 5 A.M. till midnight. After midnight,
take a taxi.

Take the tram number 9 (in left direction) and get off at the 5th
tram station. Return a little and enter the Trakošćanska street

If you're arriving by air
There is a bus that goes every 30 minutes from the Zagreb Airport
to the Main bus station in the City. The price is about 3 euros.

tram No. 6 (direction to the left - towards the north) and get off
at the 5th tram station at the Ban Jelačić square which is the very
center of the city and you will see the hotel. You can buy a tram

circulate from 5 A.M. till midnight. After midnight, take a taxi.
You could also take a taxi at the Main bus station which will take
about 7-10 minutes at a price of approx. 50 Kn during the day (at

If you're arriving by train
You can walk for about 10 minutes towards the center of the city
in the direction north and reach the Ban Jelačić square where the
hotel is situated. Or, there is a tram station just in front of
the Main train station. Take tram No. 6 or 13 and get off at the
2nd station at the Ban Jelačić square. You can buy a tram ticket
at one of the news-stands at the Station or from the tram driver.

If you're arriving by air

the tram No. 2 (direction to the left - towards the north) and get
off at the 5th tram station at the Vodnikova street. Continue to
walk in the same direction in order to reach the crossways, then
turn right (to the Savska street) and after five minutes walk you
will be at the hotel. You can buy a tram ticket at one of the news-stands
at the Station or from the tram driver. The price is 8 Kn (about
1.2 euros). The regular tram lines are those from 5 A.M. till midnight.
After midnight, take a taxi is a better.
